This policy explains what personal data Almora Digital Site collects through www.almora-digital.com, why we collect it and how we handle it.
Who we are
Almora Digital Site is a creative digital agency: graphic design, websites, mobile and web apps, logos and brand identity. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@almora-digital.com.
What we collect
The website has one form — the project request form. When you submit it, we receive only what you enter:
- your name;
- the contact you leave for a reply: email, phone number or Telegram username;
- the services you tick, the approximate budget and timeline you choose, and the project description you write.
The submission also records the IP address it came from. Our spam protection uses it to limit how many requests one sender can make.
Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to answer your request and, if we go on to work together, to prepare and carry out the project. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Legal basis
We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form, and to take the steps you ask for before entering into a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
How it reaches us and where it is stored
A submitted request is sent by email to info@almora-digital.com and stored in that mailbox. The website itself keeps no database of requests. The website and mailbox are hosted by Beget, which processes the data technically as part of running them.
Who else sees it
Only our team. If we work on your project with a trusted contractor, we share only what they need for that work.
How long we keep it
Requests stay in our mailbox for as long as needed to reply and to run any resulting project, and in any case no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Spam-protection records with IP addresses are deleted automatically within a few hours.
Cookies and analytics
We use Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, for how long and from which sources — so we can improve it. Metrica is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner; if you decline, no analytics scripts run. Metrica sets cookies and processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type on Yandex servers. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
The site also remembers your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and a scrolling library from jsDelivr; these services receive your IP address as part of delivering the files.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop processing it. Write to info@almora-digital.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your request, we will do so unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated abuse, and access to the mailbox that receives requests is limited to our team. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card details through the form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
